Alberta funds collaboration with Finnish firms


Alberta Innovates — Technology Futures has opened a second call for proposals under its Alberta-Finland Innovation and Commercialization Program. The $2-million program assists smaller businesses in partnering with Finnish firms in the areas of clean technologies, advanced materials, instrumentation/sensors, health and information and communications technologies. Matching funds for Finnish participation will be provided by TEKES, a government-supported innovation organization with strong links to Russia and the EU....
