Amorfix and OGI to develop Alzheimer's blood test
Amorfix Life Sciences Inc is teaming with the Ontario Genomics Institute (OGI) to develop a blood test for Alzheimer's disease. OGI will initially invest $100,000 to accelerate Amorfix's EP-AD project, potentially followed by another $100,000 in two tranches in return for 50,000 in warrants convertible to shares....
