CFI SUPPORTS NEW FACULTY IN LATEST NOF COMPETITION

The Canada Foundation for Innovation has awarded $6.5 million to create 52 new faculty positions at universities across Canada. The awards were made under the New Opportunities Fund (NOF), and involve 41 projects at 17 different institutions. Since its creation in 1998, the NOF has invested $78.1 million and leveraged an additional $117.2 million from other sources to support 766 new researchers at 36 universities....
