Dr Claire Bombardier has been selected as the first holder of the Pfizer Chair in Rheumatology at the Univ of Toronto. Bombardier is the director of the U of T's division of rheumatology research in the department of medicine. The $2-million chair received $1.5 million in funding from Pfizer Canada.
