Dr Nadine Caron is joining the Governing Council of the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) for a three-year term. Caron is a general endocrine surgeon and an assistant professor of surgery at the Univ of British Columbia, Northern Medical Program, in Prince George, BC. She completed a medical degree at UBC and postgraduate fellowship training in endocrine surgical oncology at the Univ of California San Francisco.
