Dr Robert Campbell has been appointed president of Mount Allison Univ for a five-year term, effective July 1/06. Campbell was most recently dean of arts at Wilfred Laurier Univ. Campbell received degrees from Trent Univ, Univ of Toronto and a PhD at the London School of Economics. He was a professor at Trent Univ for 20 years before moving to Wilfred Laurier in 2000.
