FRQ-NT seeking new scientific director

The Fonds de recherche du Québec – Nature et Technologies, (FRQ-NT) is seeking a new scientific director to replace Dr Maryse Lassonde following her appointment as president of the Quebec Superior Council of Education for a four-year term. Lassonde, who served as FRQ-NT scientific director for six years, is a noted professor of neuropsychology with a long track record of research and academic leadership with various provincial and national organizations. Quebec chief scientist Dr Rémi Quirion is serving as acting scientific director until a permanent replacement is appointed.
