Genetic Diagnostics Technologies Inc (GDTI), Toronto, has engaged PureTech Development LLC to help exploit its Triplex DNA testing technology. The development-stage firm is seeking to maximize the value of the technology through possible partnerships, joint ventures or an outright sale of the technology. PureTech is a life sciences business development and partnership service based in Boston. GDTI was the focus of a reverse takeover last year by Vensearch Capital Corp….
