Kim Wittal has been appointed chairman of the board of directors for TRLabs, a network of industrially focussed, western-Canadian laboratories for research and training in information and communications technologies. A graduate of the Univ of Saskatchewan, Wittal is chief technology officer at SaskTel with responsibility for its digital telecommunications network and R&D activities….
