Pierre Duchesne has been named Quebec's minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology. A journalist for 25 years with Radio Canada, Duchesne was a correspondent in Quebec City until his retirement last June to run in the provincial election for the Parti Québécois in the riding of Borduas. Nicolas Marceau, a former economics professor at Univ of Quebec in Montreal was named finance minister and Élaine Zakaïb, former CEO of the FTQ labour-sponsored investment fund, was named industry minister....
